She said it was so she could serenade her baby with "Wake Up Little Susie". That was in the late 50s. My sister left me far too soon, but that song never fails to bring back some awfully special memories.
Loved the Everly Brothers back in the day. Rest in peace, Phil. Your legacy will live on.
