9. I like to ask people that claim "improper training"

what kind of training they needed to know that you don't beat the dogshit out of a defenseless person for the pure hell of it, and if none, then what kind of rotten bastards do they think need that training. If they've got to train people not to do that, the problem goes far faaar deeper than training. It's a hiring and culture issue.
