22. When I was a kid 40+ years ago...

I used to draw Science Fiction battle scenes. Like flying saucers invading, and humans fighting back. Earth vs. The Flying Saucers type stuff. Or WWII battle scenes. It wasn't very artistic, but it was fun, and I did it just for my own entertainment, not even to show to anyone. At the end, I would toss it in the trash.

A few years ago here on DU, I told that to one member who claimed she was currently a teacher. I asked here what she would do if I were her student. She said something to the effect that she would have a discussion with the school counselor, administrators, and my parents over "my violent tendencies." That is the kind of crap kids face today in schools, from people who are supposedly "professional" educators.

Fuck Zero Tolerance.
