But I suspect none of them are. If the crimes don't qualify for criminal forfeiture, then no property is going to be seized. There also has to be a nexus between the crime and the property. In the case of the FLDS kiddie diddlers, they purchased the property for kid diddling. They also used laundered money to buy it.
