...that he wouldn't be subpoenaed, yet. With the evidence they have, nothing shows that Christie was involved in the lane shutdown, so he wasn't included. The legislators don't want this to look like a fishing expedition.

If and when they find that he was involved, you can be sure he'll get one too.
