Because that's what you have to be - STUPID - to send crap out from your FEDERAL (remember the NSA et al?) email account! Nonetheless, at least he was caught. Judge Cebullshit is fairly fried on this one. Who appointed this obviously brain-dead moron?

And WHY are the rest of the jokers letting him stay on the bench after a wimpass "ethics and sensitivity training" leave (for which he's no doubt paid)?

No wonder this country is going down the toilet with a cement block tied firmly to both feet.
