He just made a choking gesture towards the sidelines. The penalty and fine are sufficient, so I assume you are just bitter your team didn't make it.

Sherman is a great player and a fine human being. He shouldn't have made the choke at Kapernick, but everything else he did was just fine.

on edit: GIANTS fan, so you are from the bay area...HAAA!!!! I know for a FACT its jealousy now. 9ers put up a good game, but as we all suspected, Seattle is the better team. Better luck next year.
