20. Why is the US Military outsourcing military support jobs to civilians and shrinking the military

because it's easier to skim the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
Less govt control, just pay the bill.

America accepts it.

Having once worked for an oil/gas related company that 51% interest was bought out by Halliburton I watched their gutting of their competition.

The person in charge of the build/blueprints to the proprietory information/design/spec was instructed to copy and mail Halliburton the documents.

Once completed, she was laid off, and Halliburton sold it's interests.
