28. If we have the death penalty, then this guy should qualify.

I would prefer we didn't have it at all. If it's wrong to kill, then it's wrong to kill.

But if it is on the books and being used, it shouldn't just be reserved for blacks or cop killers. It should be for the most heinous of crimes, committed by the darkest and most unrepentant of souls, like serial killers and terrorists.
