9. No one is forcing anyone into gay marriage.

The right wing's wording (and thinking) is seriously messed up. Heteros can still marry as they please. No one who is not gay is being forced into homosexual marriage. Whether or not gays want to marry should be their business. You don't see gays sticking their noses into straight marriage and straights maybe should focus on their own crumbling marriages. I don't believe in marriage, but you don't see me campaigning to stop it, or even opening my mouth about it to anyone (except here, to make a point). They don't have to like gay marriage, but they do have to recognize civil rights in this country. If that is too difficult, instead of trying to take the US back into the f*cking stone age, they might consider relocating to the many countries that are still in line with their archaic and inhumane views on human rights.
