Former Assemblywoman and U.S. Senate candidate Sharron Angle, R-Reno, has shied away from the mainstream media once or twice in her long, conservative political career.

But Angle, who lost to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid in the 2010 Nevada U.S. Senate race, agreed to an interview on Nevada Newsmakers that was broadcast today.

Angle said that if Gov. Brian Sandoval were to take on Reid in the 2016 election, well, it would be tough. U.S. Senate incumbency and the power of the majority leader will be difficult to overcome, she said.

When asked what kind of advice she would have for Sandoval if he did battle Reid in two years, Angle said, “Possibly he should read my book, ‘The Right Angle: One Woman’s Journey to Reclaim the Constitution. I discuss what happened in 2010. And you can get it on by Web site, sharronangle.com.”q
