9. I hope he stays away from my community

I'd be in fear for my life. Is there some sort of website that keeps track of where this dangerous killer is, what car he drives and known associates? Kinda like an Amber Alert? People are in danger from this creep at all times and we have a right to know where he is so we can get off the streets.
