30. Long history of crazies in that family

And the Coors. Basically ever other generation in both families almost destroyed their legacy and then the next generation saved it. This went on for several cycles.

Back in the 90's I went on a corporate outing to Montpelier (James Madison's home) that had been inhabited by a du Pont heiress. She was filthy rich but was continually without running water, electricity, and heat we were told by the guide. The place was about to undergo a renovation (completed a few years ago) but it was a dump. Missing plaster in most of the kitchen and there was a parlor that looked like a bad movie set of a rinkydink nasty disco. Disco ballS, red velvet couches, and checkerboard floors.
