My exact thoughts. They are keeping the haystack around precisely so that they can hide a needle in it. The fact that Camp 7 is super-duper top secret begs the question of what other ultra-secret facilities are there stashed at Guantanamo, and what the hell are they hiding there?

"There's no way to explain the security measures that they use from the perspective of the safety of the guards or the safety of the detainees, beyond that they must be hiding something."
