30. The NRA will be in court defending his 2nd Amendment rights

We must be careful to protect the 2nd Amendments rights of these animals. The patriotic NRA will do that. What I find interesting about the 2nd Amendment is that it was added to the Bill of Rights to get Southern States to ratify the package of Amendments to the Constitution. The Southern states wanted the Amendment because they needed guns to protect themselves from a slave rebellion. Slaves outnumbered white Europeans in the South by a huge margin. The 2nd Amendment was not to protect us from a tyrannical Federal government as we were taught in American history class, but to protect the institution of slavery. The rebellion in Haiti already created the 2nd Democracy in the Americas.
