Every Major military in the world has very detailed identification cards. For us, U.S. personnel MUST carry their ID at all times. Loss of this ID or not having it on your person is enough to receive an Article 15 under UCMJ. I can totally believe this was Right Sector. And if one looks at my posts, I have been an outspoken critic of Putin, but this makes sense.
