need to be shut down under RICO statutes for running an ongoing criminal enterprise trading in the sexual assault of children.

Seriously, imagine what would happen if a commercial day care center had the number of sexual assaults these two "institutions" do and management went to such lengths to perpetuate the abuse and protect the child rapists?
