5. I think there should be restraint

In all cases. An allegation can ruin somebody's life whether they are found guilty or not. This one doesn't seem to pass the smell test, at least from what has been presented in the article thus far. Sounds like somebody is just looking for a payday, though my opinion can be swayed with actual concrete evidence.
