We gee, maybe ralphy boy can make another run for it as he did in 2000, and we can see how well that worked out. Oh I know, it wasn't his fault, it was the supremes. Only problem with that, is he made enough of an impact in close states to turn the election.

There is a difference in supreme court nominees between Democrats and republicans. There is a difference on women's rights, gay rights, and labor between Democrats and republicans.

Ignore the fact that the Democrats inherited a mess in 2000, and even though they controlled congress, they did not control the blue dogs. A lot of people cannot seem to understand that a Democrat in a blue state cannot win in a red state. Howard Dean understood that, and that was the purposes of his 50 state strategy. Progressive change in red states takes years, decades to change.
