A$$croft, when he was in state gov't, set us up for this. When the lottery was voted in here, it only passed because those monies were promised to the schools. What wasn't announced was that an equal amount of money was then taken away from the general fund. So, no MORE money, just from a different 'account'. Now, with lottery sales shrinking(no jobs, no money from the little people), the schools are in a bad situation and the pubs in state are not willing to help. Nixon has his hands tied, and this 'union' asshole sides against him.

He needs to go.
