I disagree entirely....
I know for a fact that one of the root problems is the lack of help and support for the mentally Ill..
Another is the lack of action by many Cities.. Start with a No Gang-banger No tolerance stand..
These two things are the dominators of most Gun Violence in our streets across America...
Its worked like a magic for the City of Pomona California...
Since the Local Police called in the Feds for help??? Its gone so Quiet here.. Death by Gunfire in Our Streets has been silenced..
