For someone to be declared mentally incompetent, he likely is suffering from significant dementia. This raises questions in my mind as to the fairness of his words being used against him to force a fine, force sale of a team, and force ban from NBA. It seems to me you can't have it both ways.

From what I've heard it sounds like the woman he was involved with is a scam artist
