Are there stipulations about personal conduct in the purchase agreement/contract with the NBA?

The larger picture smells wrong to me. The NBA seems like a monopoly to me. The NFL and MLB have tax and anti-trust exemptions....NBA a legal monopoly too?

Don't get me wrong, this guy would have to clean himself up to be pond scum but pro sports are full of these types. Stop supporting these things and they'd go away.
