17. How do you value oil and it's refined products then?

If U.S. oil interests and the refined products are to be nationalized, you have to establish value on such products. I agree that this has to be done in an effort to stabilize the global markets and make it fair for everyone, but how this is done escapes me. Establishing a price that will be equitable amongst all products and all economic demographics not just in the U.S., but worldwide, is a serious challenge that we all must work hard to achieve. Obama, despite his faults, is the best chance we have and I think in his second term he will unleash the dogs and get the job done.
