The people I feel sorry for are the workers in their manufacturing facilities. They are the ones hurt when Burt's customers stop buying their products. I wish I did not have to do the effort to find another product that works. This summer I am going to use fresh herbs from my garden to make my face wash. The chamomile is just coming into bloom now! I am going to pick some mint and chamomile blossoms to make an infusion this morning. I think I can make enough to last about a week at a time.

I did call their 800 number on the package and got my money back, so if you still have the stuff sitting around call them and ask for a refund. Nothing hurts a corporation like having to refund money for their substandard products. If enough people did it, it might have an impact.

I will look into the Bronner's products.
