This should not have been happening to begin with. The death penalty must be abolished, period. The only reason this person was there and failing to start a lethal IV is because of the death penalty. This man deserved to be in prison because he was a violent menace to the rest of us, but the death penalty is a scourge on our supposedly civilized society.
