Sure there would be those who "celebrate" the murder.
Just as here in the US there are those who celebrate whenever "the other" (like gay men) are murdered.
Look at how right-wingers are still making excuses for the two thugs who beat and killed Matthew Shepard.

But before the bodies of the three Israelis were found, Hamas celebrated the kidnapping.

And I just read that Hamas calls the murder "justified."
