As in stop the perpetual war machine and going back to a progressive income tax system - to give Warren Buffett his wish, that he pay a higher income tax rate than his secretary. I also believe he's talked about instituting a VAT tax like other nations have.
There is more but of course he can't do any of it unless people engage, learn, and get out and vote. In fact I'm in favor of making voting easy and maybe mandatory - and we wouldn't be the 1st nation to do that.
