" If he had been out to kill Martin, he wouldn't have called the police."
Calling the police makes it look better, he can then claim he attempted to handle the matter legally. Also, Zimmerman was told by police NOT to approach Martin, he did so anyay. Had his interest truly been in working with he authorities, it stands to reason that he would have been inclined to obey them. (sarcasm) But then again, what can one do when dangerous looking individuals wielding skittles and wearing hoods come to their neighborhoods?
