If there'd been peace, if Ukraine had let the regions secede, there'd have been no war.

In any event, the country in which the event happened is fully responsible.

And having pronounced judgment, the commander in chief then told his military to provide any assistance possible to shed light on what happened.

It's the same with numerous other incidents. Anything that happens in Ukraine is the fault of the fascist junta in Kiev. Doesn't matter which side does it--there's a scapegoat in the fascist Banderites.

I guess that means the Grad fire a couple of nights ago from Russian soil is Putin's personal responsibility. I wonder how he'll handle the trial for the dead Ukrainian soldier that resulted during that assault. (Oh, wait. The Russian media didn't really mention this. If the universe's media of record lacks information on an event, did it really happen?)
