Of course, there are no consequences for illegal behavior anymore. Obama won't fire him. So what's the point of paying attention? Obama could put an end to this with a stroke of his pen, just as he could the NSA's illegal behavior. But he doesn't because he's no better himself.

We'll likely never see another US president who isn't a crook.
