35. So Western Union and other cash transfer companies have to become immigration authorities?

Will everyone sending money abroad now have to show their current visa stamp in their passport to Western Union and the like? Will Western Union employees be required to determine if a green card is forged or not? What about the other many legal statuses like F-1 students, H-1b professionals, I-797 pending adjustment of status applicants.B-1/B-2 business visitors or tourists? Most of the people in these cash transfer companies are untrained in knowing who is here legally and who is not and whose visa has expired. And this will put a further burden on them to report all monetary transfers to the IRS. If anything, this will impede international business.
