to know these conflicts are nothing knew, only the figureheads change and so do side facts. We know who Hamas and those before them are. If Israel had the ground presence they used to use we'd see them putting children out in front of their weapons throwing rocks... again

Hamas hopes a school, hospital, or innocent is hit when they or Israel fires a rocket. Israel does not unless that hospital or school is being used by Hamas.
