14. ISIL or Israel

was at work yesterday, running in and out of patients rooms with TV on, only picked up phrases "potential genocide" "massacre civilians, helpless, fleeing slaughter" "trapped without food and water"..."childen and women being killed". I realized I did not know if they were talking about the atrocities committed by ISIL, or our dear "ally" Israel.
