Cops need to start arresting cops. Putting them on paid leave after shooting a kid 8 times breeds hostility. Treat him like you would treat anyone else who just shot an unarmed kid and there will be no reason to riot. And cops would be more careful of shooting people if there were repercussions other than a paid vacation.

Seems to me that focusing on one symptom rather than the cause itself is disingenuous at best...
