He didn't say what you've added, even if he believes it or has said something like it in the past.

It's not about him, it's about an idea that should be accepted no matter who says it for what reason: demilitarize the police!

If Republicans were to drop some of their awful policies tomorrow (holding up Congress for ACA repeals), of course it would be for tactical reasons. So? It wouldn't be a good thing?
