22. Local and state agencies should be relieved of duty

This has been a shocking display of ineptitude or malice by the local police handling the killing or this kid and handling the community response. The states idle watching and recent moves have been similarly as tone deaf and ineffective. I wish national leaders come flowing into Ferguson because the community needs help!
