16. I read that one of the witnesses said that

the officer hit Brown with the door of his car, got mad, and then grabbed his neck through the window, Brown got free and tried to run away. If Brown did try to grab the gun, and the officer felt he was imminent danger, wouldn't there be evidence that the gun discharged into the vehicle? Did the officer say whether he discharged the gun then in his statement?

I dunno. I don't believe the cop and eye witness testimony can be unreliable, so hard to know what happened when there is not forensic evidence.
