Look, the reality is that Argentina is busted. The bond holders should accept that. But.... the fault here is with Argentina. You can't keep asking to borrow money and expect to be able to do it when every time, you wind up telling the bond holders to fuck off, even when you've you've promised, in writing, to submit to the jurisdiction of a foreign court.

Argentina needs to:

1) quit making unrealistic promises about bond payments.

2) never cede national sovereignty

3) pay it's bills so people will actually lend them money
