I still think it is a very silly idea. There are many trucks that move through the border their every day. And since the media and the Ukraine government is also claiming that Russia is an expert at moving these things through the border the other way it makes absolutely no sense that they would need this public method / grand chessboard way to do this (if they were doing it).

Why not just admit the obvious? That this was indeed a relief convoy and that is the purpose (and surely some good PR as well, russia needs good PR right?).
