I do what I want. I believe what I want. I contribute to groups that I want. I couldn't give a fuck what they say.

It's bullshit like this that makes the Catholic church marginal in society. They won't change their beliefs, but they will continue to be pushed to the side.

EDIT TO ADD: By the way, I have hit the Church trifecta: I'm a woman, I'm divorced, and I have a gay son. Three reasons right there why it has very little sway over my life.
