If what the article says was true... "Caltrans officials said the stunt cost taxpayers more than $7,000 because when the tape was removed it pulled off reflective sheeting and the entire sign had to be replaced" then the state should really sue CalTrans for manufacturing and using deficient reflective sheeting that is inferior and isn't worthy of safety for our highways and interstates.

Put me on that jury.... !!!!!
