Assad is sitting back in his palace while his people are being terrorized, killed, displaced, and recently 200 of his soldiers were slaughtered. USA at this point in time have to stomach the task of negotiating with Syria has got to be a real headache.

As for Iran, ya know, that's GOP's enemy with a big E. Bomb bomb bomb Iran is their song for them.
