they will limit the "nuclear option" in that way when they get the chance? No way. There will be no chance for the party in the minority to block anything they want. We will have to rely on the President's veto power--unless they can figure out a way around that, too.

Impossible to veto CR's. There is no line item veto. Don't think they won't try another shut down.
