They are due for a crash of their own soon. When I was there in 2011-2012 building was booming, but unfortunately much of it was sitting empty. There were some really nice condos over by the school I worked at and a friend and I went and walked by them. We asked the security guard about how much they cost. Yeah, no wonder they are sitting empty. No one can afford them.
