US contractors sold them.Boys too.(see the leaked Manning cables).

Many of which have not yet been brought to justice. Should the whole military be executed? All PMCs too? That could include your neighbor, or family member. Or yourself.

This is a civil war. It is a war crime to execute the opposing side wholesale. Enough with the histrionics.
