(26,549 posts)19. So are planes and helicopters, if they aren't flying at low altitude.
And cameras have reached the point where they don't have to fly at low altitude to see what's going on.

I live in an area of Los Angeles that is rendered almost unlivable at times due to the helicopters/

Helicopters are only allowed to fly within a certain distance over your house. I don't think that
