head of Pakistan's ISI (secret police) was identified as the source of funding for Mohammed Atta. On the morning of 9-11 he was having breakfast with Sen. Bob Graham and Rep. Porter Goss, the leaders of the House and Senate intelligence committees. Sen. Graham said they were talking about terrorism, specifically from Afghanistan.
