I'm sure based on your extensive legal training, you know that its not necessary to attach all of the evidentiary support to a complaint. It is enough to allege facts in the complaint and support them at trial. There are allegations in the complaint that Olbermann was warned on several occasions that he was in breach of his contractual obligations to Current TV and it is extremely likely that there is an extensive record of emails and other correspondence (as well as internal memoranda documenting verbal communications) that, should this case go to trial, will be introduced.
