Centers for DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION are in charge of epidemic response. Frieden heads CDC.

Granted, many PHS officers (there are no "enlisted&quot work at CDC, but they work a lot of places.

Yes, we do need a permanent Surgeon General rather than the acting Surgeon General already in charge. But it's not like US PHS is rudderless.

Stop payingattention to the idiots in the MSM (and I don't mean just FauxNooz).
